Operational Excellence:

  • Ensures daily operational tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.
  • Maintains store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards consistently.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including those related to point of sale and asset protection.
  • Assists with inventory management and replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
  • Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs, including nights and weekends.
