POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about outdoor sales and thrive in a competitive environment? The Vestis sales division is seeking a motivated Facility Sales Specialist (FSS) to spearhead our sales initiatives and contribute to our expansion efforts. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our facility services and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate tenacity and drive by achieving industry-leading sales targets, including over 100 in-person contacts weekly. Exhibit speed and agility in adapting to the dynamic nature of our industry, seizing new opportunities daily. Participate in a comprehensive, paid sales training program to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Follow our structured sales process to ensure success while working independently and collaboratively. Utilize technology effectively, including laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, to stay organized. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and dedication. Influence potential clients by effectively addressing objections and showcasing our value as a supplier.Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license required. Successful completion of background checks, including Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen. Experience in sales or customer service; or recent college graduates; or military service will be considered.Preferred Skills:
Experience in business-to-business outside sales with a focus on new account acquisition. Strong presentation and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.WHY VESTIS?
