Position Summary:
- This role is designated for a senior professional in application and system engineering.
- Key responsibilities encompass defining analog integrated circuit products, crafting and troubleshooting reference circuits, authoring datasheets and application notes, and delivering technical training and application support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design engineers, field applications teams, and marketing to specify high-density module products tailored for cloud computing power solutions, including CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC applications.
- Design application reference circuits and develop comprehensive power management solutions for Data Center and AI environments.
- Conduct hands-on evaluations at the lab bench, perform system and board-level debugging, and demonstrate prototypes effectively.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and spearhead new product initiatives.
- Produce datasheets, application notes, design documents, and contribute articles to industry publications and conferences to elevate MPS product visibility.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in switch mode power supply design, particularly in multi-phase core power systems. Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, and frequency analyzers is essential.
- Previous experience with multi-phase products is highly desirable, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as Simplis, Maxwell, and Icepak is advantageous.
- Experience in PCB design and layout is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English are required.
- Exceptional writing and presentation abilities are necessary.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
Educational Background:
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
