**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Applications Engineer to join our Telecom/Server Product Line team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and debugging analog/mix signal power IC products, developing application reference circuits, and providing support to key customers and field application engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug analog/mix signal power IC products.
  • Develop application reference circuits and write datasheets, application notes, and design notes.
  • Drive key customers' engagement and communications, and design wins.
  • Provide support for key customers and field application engineers.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in defining Power IC required.
  • Understanding of different power topologies, its operation, and different control topology.
  • In-depth understanding of Buck topology.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and multi-tasking.
  • Strong execution and time management skills.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in switch mode power supplies.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a power supply design house or power management IC company preferred.
  • MSEE or higher degrees with 4+ years of work experience required.
