Position Summary:

  • This role is a senior-level opportunity within application and system engineering.
  • Key responsibilities encompass defining analog integrated circuit products, developing and troubleshooting reference circuits, crafting datasheets, and providing technical training and application support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design engineers, field applications teams, and marketing to outline high-density module products for cloud computing power solutions targeting CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC.
  • Design application reference circuits and comprehensive power management solutions for Data Center and AI applications.
  • Conduct hands-on evaluations at the lab bench, perform system and board-level debugging, and demonstrate prototypes.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and spearhead new product initiatives.
  • Compose datasheets, application notes, design documentation, and articles for industry publications and conferences to showcase MPS products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in switch-mode power supply design, particularly in multi-phase core power design. Proficiency with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, and frequency analyzers is essential.
  • Prior experience with multi-phase products is highly desirable, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as Simplis, Maxwell, and Icepak is preferred.
  • Experience in PCB design and layout is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
