Job Title: Jr. Design Engineer

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a leading provider of integrated power semiconductors and systems power delivery architectures. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Jr. Design Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented designer who can design analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products utilizing leading-edge sub-micron BiCMOS/DMOS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of circuit fundamentals, analog and mixed-signal circuits, and analog layout techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers on circuit synthesis, simulation, and layout supervision.
  • Assist in the development of ATE and design-for-test methods.
  • Work with application engineers for evaluation and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor and/or analog/power integrated circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of circuit fundamentals, analog and mixed-signal circuits, and analog layout techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
