Job Overview

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated power semiconductors and systems power delivery architectures. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog IC Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and debug analog IC products for AI, data center, and telecom applications.
  • Provide technical support for key customers and develop reference circuits.
  • Write datasheets and application/design notes to promote MPS products.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in switch mode power supplies, including DC/DC, AC/DC, or inverters.
  • Previous experience with low voltage/high current multi-phase buck converter design/test/optimization for CPU/GPU power delivery applications is highly preferred.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company is a plus.
  • MSEE or higher required.
