Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee a segment of capital outlay projects from initial request through to budget formulation, design, construction, and project completion.
  • Provide functional oversight and collaborate with FP&C project managers to enhance project execution, ensuring effective management of contracted designers and contractors.
  • Assist in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Enhance skills in software applications to support the development of design deliverables.
  • Conduct due diligence and recommend design foundations for specific tasks.
  • Prepare essential documents such as construction drawings, cost estimates, specifications, technical memoranda, and visual aids.
  • Support additional tasks, including permit application preparation and quality assurance reviews.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze project-related datasets.
  • Engage in project closeout activities.
  • Participate in field inspections and site evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD and other design software.

Physical Requirements

  • Normal vision range; ability to distinguish colors and recognize letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods, including time spent on construction sites.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary of $99,560, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance.

  • This is a full-time position.
