The Capital Program Manager will lead the development and management of plant upgrade and collection system projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project construction, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule, and managing stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Organize and direct construction activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise personnel to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Act as primary client contact to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure environmental regulation compliance to minimize our impact on the environment.

**Work Environment**

Work environments vary, including office locations, project sites, and construction sites. Travel may be required. Potential work hazards include physical demands and operations hazards.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 7-10 years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and project management.
