Overview: The Multimedia Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. This position encompasses responsibilities across various media platforms, including print, digital, and event sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

A. New Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  2. Assess client needs through strategic questioning and provide tailored advertising solutions.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling advertising proposals and digital packages to prospective clients.

B. Account Management:

  1. Enhance revenue from current accounts by maintaining regular communication and offering innovative advertising solutions.
  2. Introduce new advertising concepts and programs to clients, demonstrating their potential impact on their business.
  3. Prepare and present advertising strategies and digital offerings to clients, focusing on achieving sales targets.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

C. Administrative Duties:

  1. Oversee client contracts, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
  2. Manage all account-related documentation, including insertion orders and billing inquiries.
  3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop and finalize advertising materials.
  4. Ensure accuracy in billing and account management, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
  5. Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, adhering to company standards.

D. Additional Responsibilities:

Engage in special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related area.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of advertising principles and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Work Environment:
