Customer Relationship Insurance Specialist

The John Alphin Allstate Agency is seeking a licensed professional to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their assets. As a Customer Relationship Insurance Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
This role requires a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and provide expert advice to clients on coverage options.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with evenings off. The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual base salary, paid time off, hands-on training, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with service-related tasks, including policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
- Manage the new client on-boarding process, ensuring compliance documents are completed and filed properly.
- Deepen existing relationships through policy reviews and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Active and valid NC Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service capacity in the P&C insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, caring, and compassionate demeanor.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software, including customer management systems.
