About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Cary, NC. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting and sales teams to develop and execute marketing plans that meet our business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with existing and new clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or a related field.
  • Property and Casualty license required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
