We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Medical Territory Development Specialist in the Raleigh, NC area to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your business-to-business sales experience into a new field.

As a Medical Territory Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our line of medical compression, foot orthotic, orthopedic, and compression sportswear products (CEP) to new and existing customers. Our book of business consists of physicians and other medical professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting for new clients to grow our customer base
  • Developing existing accounts through education programs and product line extensions
  • Providing expert product information to clients to influence their purchasing habits
  • Documenting and recording sales data to track progress
  • Building relationships with customers and medical professionals to establish trust and credibility
  • Meeting all sales goals and targets set by the company
  • Gaining and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our medical product line to provide exceptional service
  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and answering their questions promptly

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of successful outside sales experience
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform overnight travel as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Education or working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, or athletic training is an asset

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

A base salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus uncapped commissions based on performance
