We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Planner to join our team at SIXT USA. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Shift Monitoring and Planning: Track and analyze shift activities to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.
- Fleet Dispatch and Coordination: Plan and dispatch vehicles to meet hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and management of vehicle inventory, including vehicle transfers between branches.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and basic computer navigation skills.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time, including some overnight travel.
- Language: Ability to communicate in English (additional languages a plus).
- Competitive Pay: $26.75 per hour, plus full benefits.
