Job SummaryThe successful candidate will assist in ensuring that all technical labels comply with regulatory standards and company policies. This role will involve reviewing product formulations and labels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of product formulations to ensure label accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data related to technical label compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of formulation, tech label, and compliance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of label compliance strategies.
- Review and ensure product labels meet R&D, regulatory, and company standards.
- Support other R&D projects and initiatives as needed.
- Completed or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Business).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Previous experience in product formulation, quality control lab, or tech label development.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the agricultural or food industry.
Primarily Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week, day shift.
