Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of aerial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of in-house construction teams and contract labor to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field.
  • Coordinate permitting and make-ready processes to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate with managers and stakeholders to provide project updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of OSP construction work experience in the Telecom field.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • CDL License.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
Work Environment

This role will require working in an office and field environment, with exposure to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions. You will also work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night, and may be required to work near power lines and electricity.
