Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction efforts through in-house construction teams and contract labor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HFC/FTTH construction and be able to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize construction efforts to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Supervise and motivate in-house construction teams and contract labor to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and company policies
  • Perform site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards
  • Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field
  • Coordinate permitting and make-ready process for construction projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of OSP construction work experience in the Telecom field
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • CDL license and experience managing in CDL environment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and company products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work in confined spaces, outdoors in all kinds of weather, and at various heights above ground. The role also requires the ability to travel with in-house crews.
