Construction Laborer Supervisor

We are seeking a diligent Construction Laborer Supervisor in Washington, PA to join our team at Groundworks, the nation's largest privately held foundation services company. As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Work on a high-performance team serving local customers, traveling to job sites and installing products under supervision
- Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for yourself, your team, and the organization
- Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely, with a willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
- Loads and delivers materials from the warehouse to job sites
- Performs set-up and clean-up tasks at job sites
- Digs and back-fills trenches/holes when necessary
- Lifts heavy objects and performs strenuous labor under adverse conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Lifts heavy objects up to 50 pounds and performs strenuous physical labor
- Walks and stands for long periods, with excellent stamina and manual dexterity
