Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our team in the Connecticut area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing expenses, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales growth and expense management goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers
- Collaborate with the corporate office to develop and implement business strategies
- Manage store compliance and reporting, including expense management and sales growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience in a convenience store environment
- Self-motivated and able to delegate tasks and motivate team members
- Ability to manage and be accountable for the P&L
- Ability to successfully plan and manage to short and long-term goals
- Proven ability to hire, train, manage, mentor, coach employees, and inspire them to achieve customer service excellence
- Computer skills, including reporting and analysis
- Frequent driving, must have a valid license and reliable transportation
