Job Summary:

HPC Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing new accounts and expanding and/or maintaining existing accounts for our assigned book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage profitability by meeting quarterly and annual revenue objectives and maintaining a high level of sales activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and direct the appropriate sales and service personnel to those locations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain daily awareness of sales activities and results, ensuring timely submission of business expenses and accurate invoiced revenue collection.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years industry or relevant experience; environmental experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
