We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Atlas Advanage. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales and business leadership skills, working with our firm's high success rate of developing competitive and sports-minded individuals into successful executive directors within our management fast-track.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting presentations, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Assist customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
  • Handle new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
