Shared Services Support Administrator

Hormel Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shared Services Support Administrator to join our team in Austin, MN. As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will provide critical support to our transportation team, including procurement, administrative tasks, and document management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement support for our transportation team, including supplier communications and purchasing documentation.
  • Manage weekly/monthly forecasts and maintain accurate records.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as records maintenance and other items as needed.
  • Manage documents for the Shared Services team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years in an administrative support role or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn additional software.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to upload and maintain supplier/rate data within the transportation management system.
  • Capability to gather and analyze data that assists in decision making.
