About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates to create a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll help lead a team of passionate associates who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance.
