Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Safely operating maintenance equipment and promptly reporting any issues to management.
  • Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping on quarry machinery as required.
  • Engaging in heavy lifting tasks, handling materials weighing between 75 to 100 lbs.
  • Following all safety protocols and adhering to OSHA/MSHA regulations.
  • Conducting daily inspections and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Displaying professionalism and courtesy towards colleagues and the public.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; trade or mechanical education is preferred.
  • Prior maintenance or mechanical experience is advantageous.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment screenings and physical assessments.
