We are in search of a composed, self-assured, and engaging individual who can navigate the challenges of a dynamic and diverse organization with ease. The ideal candidate will excel in managing various projects within a fast-paced setting, showcasing a keen interest in brands and trends, particularly within the creative sectors such as film, design, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Oversee assigned Brand Partnerships from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and maintaining brand integrity for Soho House.
  • Act as the primary contact for designated brand partners/projects, fostering a constructive relationship with clients.
  • Assist partners with hospitality needs, including restaurant and accommodation arrangements.
  • Organize and participate in regular meetings with brand partners to sustain relationships and discuss upcoming initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Soho House, including Content, Events, and Marketing, to broaden your understanding of the organization.
  • Stay informed about all Soho House locations, facilities, communication channels, and key personnel.
  • Visit locations to support teams, attend events, verify placements, and host partners.
  • Draft photo briefs and manage the editing and archiving of event photography.
  • Support partnership administration, including tracking, reporting, and managing documentation and travel requests.
  • Assist with financial and legal aspects, such as contracts and invoicing.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage 'Member Benefits', addressing inquiries and supporting the Memberships team, while providing tracking for partner brands.
  • Proactively identify trends and ideas, contributing to brainstorming sessions and recognizing new opportunities.

Required Qualifications...

  • 2-3 years of experience in agency, in-house, or freelance marketing, preferably in a partnership or sponsorship capacity, or with proven client management experience.
  • The role demands a quick learner with robust project management and organizational skills, capable of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in building and nurturing productive relationships with agency teams, brands, clients, and suppliers is essential.
  • Strong writing, presentation (Keynote / PowerPoint), and communication skills are required.
  • A solid understanding and experience in event curation and production is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and projects.
