- Localization Expertise: 5+ years of experience in localization management, with a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of localizing games-as-a-service.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, with a strong understanding of modern game development, localization, and publishing practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard localization tools and Translation Management Systems, with experience working with enterprise-level systems such as memoQ, Trados, or XLOC.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $134,700/year to $222,700/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
