We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Producer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Owned Content & Channels team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation to publication, for online articles and landing pages that support business communications teams across the Global Communications and Community Impact (GCCI) organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage articles and pages through their lifecycle, including managing stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content for our online platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, and social media, to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive business objectives and improve reader engagement.
  • Train and mentor other producers and editors to ensure consistency and excellence in content production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recent professional communications, newsroom, or public relations experience.
  • 5+ years of digital content experience, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise high judgment in fast-paced environments.
