About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Energy Efficiency Sales Professional to join our team at ICAST. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing a pipeline of customers through cold calling and other means.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable success in Account Management/B2B Sales/Inside Sales. Experience in or knowledge of Energy Efficiency Retrofits relating to residential structures, especially multifamily, is also preferred.

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 + commissions. The location for this role is Salt Lake City, Utah, with 20% travel required. Reports to: Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and growing a pipeline of customers through cold calling and other means.
  • Performing on-site assessments of multi-family properties.
  • Working collaboratively with ICAST Teams to assist in the development of proposals for assigned customers.
  • Moving sales opportunities through the ICAST process, culminating in closing contracts.
  • Maintaining customer and project records in Salesforce CRM.
