Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $115,000, along with an uncapped variable component, making the total compensation package up to $125,000. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Description
As a Senior Renewable Energy Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a Strategic Sales Plan: Create and execute a tailored sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their sustainability goals and offering bespoke solutions.
- Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and support customer requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Environmental Sciences, Engineering).
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and industry trends; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a remote work arrangement with 50% travel required within your assigned territory.
