The Urban Winery is in search of a dedicated Front of House Operations Manager. This role is essential for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while enjoying our diverse selection of wines and craft beers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front of house activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide constructive coaching and support to team members.
  • Inspire and motivate staff through respectful and positive leadership.
  • Ensure the establishment meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Gather guest feedback to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales growth by delivering outstanding guest experiences and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Manage labor and food costs through effective supervision and daily management.
  • Train team members in culinary and guest service best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front of house management role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of wines and craft beers is preferred.
  • Experience in planning private events is a plus.


Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
