Key Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Manager:

  • Supervise the operations, sales, and performance of retail outlets within a specified region
  • Oversee 10-20 store locations
  • Conduct regular sales briefings with store managers
  • Analyze store financial performance and determine monthly incentives
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure adequate staffing
  • Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to maintain service excellence, quality products, and provide coaching as needed
  • Propel sales and customer service objectives by inspiring store managers, ensuring team accountability, and delivering focused feedback
  • Collaborate with store managers to refine sales tactics, customer service competencies, and product knowledge
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and formulate action plans for team enhancement

  • This position includes supervisory responsibilities
  • Full-time role with a weekday schedule, occasional weekends, and flexible hours
