JOB PURPOSE:

This position is centered on managing relationships with NAPA's wholesale clientele. The Wholesale Account Manager is essential in driving commercial sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and sourcing appropriate parts.

DUTIES:
  • Maintain robust partnerships with wholesale clients.
  • Enhance sales through proactive outreach to customers.
  • Monitor commercial sales performance metrics.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic business initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Willingness to obtain ASE certification within the first year.
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in parts.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to remain active during the work shift.
