Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and service products to all current customers.
  • Address customer service inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell new products, including setting up promotional materials for existing clients.
  • Engage in outreach and sales efforts to acquire new customers.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned route.
  • Manage spoils, samples, and allowances effectively.
  • Process supply and customer orders as necessary.
  • Ensure the sales vehicle is properly maintained.
  • Keep accurate records of product inventory and route sales documentation.
Job Requirements:

  • A valid Commercial Driver's License and/or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner Certificate as required.
1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is essential.

  • Experience in grocery or direct sales is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Working Environment:

  • Work involves operating a route sales delivery vehicle, as well as working in warehouse and retail settings.
  • Physical tasks include repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages weighing over 35 lbs.
  • Flexible working hours and scheduling are available.
Compensation:

Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000, plus commission.
