DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Supervise and manage the activity and results of a small team.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
