Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business goals, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and providing guidance to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all US and European federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.

HR Operations and Administration

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.

Leadership and Development

Provide coaching and guidance to managers to help them effectively lead their teams, and develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills.

Talent Management and Acquisition

Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, and lead key HR initiatives, including bonus and merit planning, performance evaluations, and annual benefits enrollment.

Communication and Collaboration

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and collaborate with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, increase morale, and drive productivity and retention.

Requirements
  • HR Leadership Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic environments within the technology sector.

Global HR Experience

Proven experience in global HR, with a deep understanding of US and European employment laws and the ability to navigate complex legal environments.

Talent Management and Acquisition

Proven ability to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business results, and lead key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and development.

Communication and Collaboration

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership, management, and employees.
