Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Clinical Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in Anchorage and Fairbanks, providing critical support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. About the Role

As a Residential Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services, including assessment, therapy, group therapy, skill development, case management, and treatment and discharge planning. You will also supervise the Residential Team and ensure that clinical records comply with AKBH policies, Medicaid, Medicare, and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Residential Team to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes and quality assurance standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance management, resource development, and patient engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in mental health or a related field, preferably with a professional license or certification. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills, expertise in performance management, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $93,196 - $120,609 annually, depending on experience. Eligible candidates may receive up to $42,000 in incentive pay. Additional benefits include student loan repayment and tuition assistance, as well as generous PTO and healthcare options.
