Job Overview:

The role involves planning, directing, and supervising construction initiatives that vary from several medium-scale projects to extensive, multi-contract undertakings of moderate to high complexity. You will be responsible for all aspects of construction management on designated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee human resources management, including construction representatives and specialists.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and field personnel.
  • Provide internal consultation to construction representatives and serve as a technical resource for other functional groups within the division.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proposals and interactions with current and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the administration and operation of the construction services group as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate all shop drawing activities.
  • Review government regulations to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date consultation services.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be necessary, depending on specific duties and project demands.
