About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspector to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Monitor and track project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Coordinate and track all project plans, drawings, and documentation.
Requirements
  • NICET III/IV certification and extensive experience in construction inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate field and office records and perform quantity computations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to safely navigate construction sites.
