Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing, finance, strategy, customer experience, business development, or data analytics is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, both primary and secondary research, along with market intelligence expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with technical tools such as Qualtrics or similar survey platforms, SQL, AlphaSense or comparable market intelligence platforms, and Alteryx is preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity and initiative to uncover data-driven insights that address hypotheses from commercial teams.
  • Conduct independent research using market intelligence platforms, analyze intricate data from various systems, and perform surveys to derive meaningful insights for the Edgepark business.
  • Execute competitor analysis and monitor market trends to formulate strategies that enhance revenue growth for marketing teams.
  • Assist the Edgepark marketing team by providing necessary datasets or insights to implement market strategies.
  • Innovate technical solutions to complex challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Exhibit the capability to analyze multifaceted data sources and translate them into clear, actionable insights for the Edgepark leadership team.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical skills to manage diverse tasks and projects.
  • Potentially contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures.
  • Suggest new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
  • Engage in complex projects of significant scope.
  • Work autonomously.
  • Receive general guidance on new initiatives.
  • May mentor less experienced colleagues.
  • Establish standard tracking mechanisms for event and conversion metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of paid and organic campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital and channel marketing teams to test, measure, analyze, and enhance content performance across channels, aiming to improve customer engagement and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Create consistent dashboards and develop models for data presentation, enabling the Edgepark marketing team to utilize data for actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.

Salary Range: $78,500 - $130,035
