We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Platform Consultant. This senior role combines technology and business development to leverage the latest technology in the Verint platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data science, as well as experience in contact center operations. They will work closely with solutions and product teams to educate and evangelize the Verint Open CCaaS platform to markets, customers, and partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science, and will be an expert in articulating, differentiating, and positioning Verint DaVinci AI.

They will also be responsible for liaising with product, sales, solutions, and services teams to ensure the Verint Open CCaaS platform is positioned in customer accounts as the "platform of choice" for their contact center.

The Platform Consultant will present in-depth Verint's Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams, and will leverage in-depth data architecture or data science knowledge to influence and provide valuable insight into the industry as a whole and differentiate Verint's platform.

They will build a thought leadership profile in various ways, including taking advantage of speaking opportunities and networking, and will stay up to date on related emerging AI to build and advance knowledge.

The successful candidate will deliver content through various means of communication (including social media) and across many platforms that focus on why their target audience needs a Verint Open CCaaS platform.

They will work with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies to engage the various segments of partners and customers in the ecosystem.

The Platform Consultant will lead product demonstrations to let consumers, developers, and others gain a better understanding of the platform.

They will identify white spaces in customer accounts and drive closure of opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, and will have 5-7 years of experience in AI and data science, as well as 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations.

They will have knowledge of contact center solutions, and will have a working knowledge of the data ecosystems such as CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.

The successful candidate will have architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses, and will have strong networking abilities, analytical and critical thinking skills, and excellent customer service and leadership skills.

They will be able to travel approximately 30-50%, and will be required to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.
