Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills that can be verified by peers and prior supervisors.
  • Consultative Skills: Ability to illustrate consultative skills and work cross-functionally.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills through the ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions.
  • Potential and Aspiration: Potential and aspiration to serve as a Hard Rock General Manager.
Physical Demands:
  • Mobility: Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
  • Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
  • Communication: Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
