Digital Marketing Director for High-Performing Social Media Campaigns

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our Paid Social team in driving high-performing social media campaigns for our clients. This role will involve developing and executing innovative paid social programs that address client strategic objectives, managing day-to-day client relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.
Responsibilities
- Judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients, utilizing online performance tracking and measurement tools to translate data into actionable insights.
- Represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties, including clients and partner agencies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for cross-channel planning, leveraging strong coordination of digital and offline media efforts to drive business growth.
- Manage workloads distribution, set timelines, and oversee team performance, providing actionable feedback and support for individual goals and growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform strategy and drive innovation in paid social media marketing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience managing client relationships and direct reports, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel planning, with the ability to coordinate digital and offline media efforts to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Snap, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, with mastery of campaign type, platform research tools, and third-party partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
