Position Summary:

We are in search of an Application Engineer with a robust background in HVAC design and/or sales. In this role, you will provide essential support to our customers and partners by integrating enVerid's Sorbent Ventilation Technology (SVT) into engineering designs and specifications for commercial projects across North America. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career while contributing to a company recognized for its groundbreaking, energy-efficient technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product application training and market insights to enVerid's manufacturer representatives and partners in selected North American markets, involving approximately 30% travel.
  • Assist enVerid's Regional Sales Managers by reviewing project plans, specifications, and ventilation load calculations, providing sales engineering support.
  • Create and update technical resources, such as computational tools for equipment selection and design guides for product integration, to enhance product adoption.
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent recommendations for incorporating HLR technology into engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Analyze data from the customer relationship management (CRM) system to derive insights on product applications.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including blog posts, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
  • Collaborate with enVerid's Product and Engineering teams to brainstorm new product ideas and innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC design or equipment sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort and interest in presenting to larger audiences (more than 20 individuals).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Revu Bluebeam.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Active participation in industry organizations (e.g., ASHRAE, USGBC).
  • Knowledge of energy modeling calculations.
  • Experience presenting at industry events and conferences.
