The HVAC Solutions Consultant will manage projects from scheduling through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Inform customers about innovative comfort systems.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

Assist clients in creating healthy, comfortable, and safe environments by understanding their needs through effective questioning.

Secure customer approval for all projects.

Prepare proposals and accurately price jobs in accordance with company standards.

Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients.

Conduct follow-up visits to ensure quality and complete customer satisfaction.


Ensure departmental profitability by accurately quoting all jobs, emphasizing quality and value.

Review all projects with the department manager.

Communicate promptly with support staff regarding job details, financing, and scheduling.


Timely submission of required documentation and detailed specifications via email to fulfill customer commitments.

Clearly convey job requirements and customer expectations to installers through various communication methods.

Maintain ongoing communication with installers and clients during the installation process to guarantee a high-quality system installation.


Prospect for new clients through outbound calls or by connecting with neighbors of recent installation customers to expand the customer base and increase personal earnings.

Participate in regular sales meetings, specialized training sessions, and technical training on relevant topics.

Qualifications:
Valid US Driver's License

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Preferred 1 year of HVAC industry experience

Physical dexterity and flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
