Role Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated HVAC Application Engineer with substantial expertise in HVAC design or equipment sales. In this role, you will assist our clients and partners in integrating enVerid's Sorbent Ventilation Technology (SVT) into engineering designs and specifications for commercial projects across North America. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career within a pioneering company that boasts proven, energy-efficient technology and a rapidly expanding global installation base. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments, ensuring exceptional experiences for both partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product application training and market education to enVerid's manufacturer representatives and partners in selected North American markets, involving approximately 30% travel.
  • Provide sales engineering assistance to enVerid's Regional Sales Managers by reviewing project documentation, specifications, and ventilation load calculations.
  • Create and update technical resources (e.g., computational tools for equipment selection, design guidelines for equipment integration) to support product adoption and implementation.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in recommendations for incorporating HLR technology into engineering documentation and specifications.
  • Analyze data from the customer relationship management (CRM) system to derive insights on product applications.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including blog articles, presentations, case studies, white papers, and conference submissions.
  • Collaborate with enVerid's Product and Engineering teams to conceptualize new products and innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC design or equipment sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort and interest in presenting to larger audiences (more than 20 individuals).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Revu Bluebeam.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Active participation in industry organizations (e.g., ASHRAE, USGBC).
  • Knowledge of energy modeling calculations.
  • Experience presenting at industry events and conferences.
