Job Overview

The Assistant Community Manager is a key role in our team, responsible for supporting and assisting with community performance and operations. This position requires a strong emphasis on sales and leasing, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours of homes and communities with prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties.
  • Reneew and manage leases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
  • Prepare and deliver collection, eviction, and lease violation notices, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining residents.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor market conditions and trends, contributing insights and recommendations for enhancing our leasing strategies.
  • Assist in staff training and performance monitoring, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home or apartment leasing, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
