Position Overview

Aston Carter is seeking a dedicated Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments, including Sales and Operations, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, prioritizing urgent matters to enhance client experiences.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and shipping schedules to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in our systems to ensure a clear record of communications.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers by coordinating with the credit and collections team for application processing.
  • Support the Credit department in addressing invoice disputes and billing discrepancies.
  • Provide freight estimates and collaborate with Operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Must possess experience with SAP (ERP) systems.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or coordination role.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with operational demands.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Team Environment

You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of four members, including Warehouse Associates and management personnel, working together to achieve service excellence.
