Job Title: Territory Manager

At Vestis Uniforms and Workplace Supplies, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated service territory, supervising route representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer accounts and increase revenue.
  • Supervise and coach route representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to review growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of customer service programs, including responding to service requests and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Recruit, select, and hire route sales employees.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with a proven track record of growing customer accounts.
  • Previous profit and loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Environment:

The Territory Manager will spend the majority of their time driving a company vehicle or company step-van to visit customers and supervise employees in the assigned service territory. The role requires frequent travel, exposure to weather conditions, and the ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
