As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing oversight and leadership to our Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the highest level of support and care for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned homes, including client care, documentation, and cleanliness.
  • Work with schedulers to ensure proper staffing is in place based on individual contracts.
  • Ensure homes are personalized and reflect the interests and tastes of clients.
  • Assist with implementation and ongoing working knowledge of individual support plans and protocols.
  • Provide on-site coaching, encouragement, and continuous training for Direct Support Professionals.
  • Assist with development and tracking of meaningful goals for each client.
  • Establish professional supportive relationships with DSP staff members.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of caregiving experience required (experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred).
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 21 years or older.
