Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of assigned homes, including client care, documentation, and cleanliness.
- Work with schedulers to ensure proper staffing is in place based on individual contracts.
- Ensure homes are personalized and reflect the interests and tastes of clients.
- Assist with implementation and ongoing working knowledge of individual support plans and protocols.
- Provide on-site coaching, encouragement, and continuous training for Direct Support Professionals.
- Assist with development and tracking of meaningful goals for each client.
- Establish professional supportive relationships with DSP staff members.
- 2 years of caregiving experience required (experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred).
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- 21 years or older.
