Why Join Our Global Service Provider Team?
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will spearhead WWT's sales initiatives with prominent Global Service Provider clients. You will leverage the expertise of our sales engineering team to cultivate and maintain relationships with key customer leaders, identify gaps in their technical environments, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, and Digital Strategy.

With access to our Advanced Technology Center and Platform for briefings, training, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, you will ensure top-tier results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position WWT's capabilities and service offerings in alignment with client business and technology goals.
  • Manage and expand existing business relationships while fostering OEM alignment and diversification.
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients, positioning yourself and WWT as a reliable partner focused on delivering business outcomes through technology.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant solutions are presented to clients.
  • Develop account strategies and engage necessary resources for successful execution.
  • Lead a high-impact team of inside sales, technology specialists, and consultants.
  • Create and drive sales campaigns from discovery to closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at targeted clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large Global Service Provider clients.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales portfolio generating $5-10 million in revenue.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to work independently to resolve customer-facing challenges.
  • Proven track record in solution selling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
